Delivering a community-led housing enabling hub service: experience and lessons from existing practice

Community-led housing (CLH) as a growing activity in England which is hindered by barriers such as access to support as well as access to affordable land, capital finance and retail mortgages. This working paper was written for Power to Change to understand what support already exists to assist CLH groups meet their local housing needs, and what can be learned from what has and hasn’t worked to build on good practice and the future development of local enabling services.
